Vegetable Sweets

Recently, vegetable sweets are popular in Japan. For example, they are cake, pudding and so on. People who dislike vegetable and children eat vegetable sweets easily. I will introduce about vegetable sweets.

Cake

The most famous vegetable sweet is cake. I introduce many kinds of vegetable cake. First is carrot cake. Carrot cake is the most famous vegetable cake. We can make it easily at home. The characteristic is beautiful color and sweetness. Carrot is hearty and healthy vegetable, but some children hate carrot. If we make carrot cake, they can eat carrot easily. Carrot cake is loved by children and adults.

Pudding

Vegetable pudding is also poplar. Generally, pumpkin and sweet potato are used for pudding, because they are very sweet. But, other vegetable is also used for pudding. The vegetable is spinach. Green of spinach is very beautiful. Taste is also delicious. Taste of spinach and cream go well together. Children might don’t like this pudding, but adults will prefer it.

I introduce two kinds of vegetable sweets, but it is impossible to make other vegetable sweets. So, I will find other vegetable sweets and try them.

Tea or Coffee

We always drink tea and coffee at café, home and outside. Now, we can buy a lot of kinds of tea and coffee. However, we know little about tea and coffee. So I am going to write about kind of tea and coffee and how to use it.

Kind

First, tea is drunk in many countries not only India or Britain. For example, these are China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Turkey and Japan. So, there are a lot of kinds of tea. About 30 kinds of tea are drunk all over the world. We will able to choose favorite tea you like the best. Second, coffee has some kinds of coffee beans. It has 16 kinds of coffee beans. Coffee beans grow up in hot area of the world. For example, these are Jamaica, Hawaii, Indonesia, and Brazil.

How to use

Tea and coffee are used to many foods. Especially, when we make sweets, we use them. However, we don’t know so much about the foods which is used tea and coffee. So I will compare about the foods which is used tea and coffee. Tea is often used boil, because flavor of tea match with meat. In unusual use, we can eat rice with tea poured over it (Chazuke). Tea has not strong flavor, so we can eat usual Chazuke like green tea.

Kind of tea is more than coffee, and tea is very useful drink to use for cook. So, I think Tea is better than coffee.

3 popular places to go on a trip for women

Recently, there is talk of a depression, so it is popular to go on a trip to not so far countries. I want to travel foreign countries too. Now, this university is women’s college, so I will introduce 3 popular places to go on a trip and recommendations for women.

1. Korea

Korea is very popular for Japanese women recently. There are two reasons. First, Korean actor and artists are very famous in Japan recently. This called Han-ryu in Japan. For example, they are Bae Yong Joon, Lee Byung-Hun, Tohoshinki and so on. The tour of shooting places of drama is very popular for Korean drama fan. Second, Korean cosmetics are very good. On some TV programs, a lot of Korean cosmetics are introduced. Most popular cosmetic is a B.B cream. B.B cream is kind of foundation cream. It is mild for skin and our skin are covered strongly. I have never used it, but I want to buy it when I go to Korea. Korea has a lot of attractions for women.

2. Taipei

There are a lot of modern and historical buildings and many kinds of delicious foods in Taipei. I will introduce 3 things. First, Taipei sweets are knows that they are so delicious. Recently, Xue fua bing (雪花氷:シェーファービン) is very popular in Taipei. Xue fua bing is like a Kakigori (カキ氷). The feature is hearty fruits. Next, Taiwan style shampoo is knew as common knowledge for fashionable Taiwanese women. They do not wash their hair by themselves. They go to beauty salon before date or break time of office, and they have their hair washed by a hairdresser. It is different from Japan, because they are washed their hair sitting upright. We can enjoy talk with hairdresser or friends. Third, there are many fortunetellers in Taipei. They are very famous, so a lot of tourists to go to meet them.

3. Guam

Guam is very popular place for Japanese tourists. In Guam, there are a lot of Japanese staffs, so we can travel very easily. There are a lot of nice place and things for women. First, Spa is very famous in Guam. We can feel southern country’s atmosphere, and we can relax. For women, Spa is very important to keep their beauty. Next, Guam is so beautiful place. Above all, the sea is wonderful. It is very clear, and a lot of kinds of fishes are swimming. So, many people who go to Guam go to scuba-diving. Third, I think the most interesting thing for women is shopping. If you go to shopping center, you find brand-name goods and American sundry goods efficiently. So I recommend you to go to shopping center.

“Shipahead” Tomita Lab’s album

Introduction

I will introduce about the CD album, Shipahead. It is Tomita Lab’s album. His real name is Keiichi Tomita. He is musician and music producer. A lot of musicians were produced by him. For example, they are SMAP, Mika Nakashima, MISIA, Tohoshinki and so on. When he works at self project, his name changes Tomita Lab. In the project, he released 3 albums and 6singles. The latest album is Shipahead. I will write about lyrics and songs in the album.

Lyrics

I think lyrics in this album are nice. In the album, he did not lyric. He request some musician to lyric each songs. Their musicians are famous and very talented. It makes their songs more variously, and they show us many side of music. Recently, some musicians use too simple or not interesting words. However, in the album, all musicians use very beautiful Japanese. When I listen to the album, I can imagine world of songs. I think it is important to able to imagine.

Songs

In the album, he works different singer song by song. I think it is very interesting. I like his arrangement and composition, and I like some singer in the album. So, it is wonderful for me to able to listen the music that favorite singer sings. If you know these artists, you can realize their new side of ability. However, even if you don’t know these singer’s songs, you can enjoy this album. I recommend listening when you want to relax, because the album is not loudly. In the album, singers have strong personality, but good harmony showed by Tomita Lab.

Snow Globe

1. Introduction

I like snow globe, because it is very beautiful and there are a lot of design of it. It fascinates me. However, generally, we don’t know about snow globe deeply. So I will introduce snow globe, and I want you know about it. First, I will write about history of snow globe, then I will write about how to make snow globe.

2. History of Snow Globe

People say that origin of snow globe is paperweight. In 19c, it was used by Europeans. In 1889, Exposition Universelle de Paris 1889, Expo 1889 was held, and in the Expo, the snow globes of Eiffel Tower motif were sold. Visitors bought it, so the snow globe was spread in the world. Then, the snow globe became standard goods of souvenir. In 20c, many parts of the Europe made factories of the snow globe, and in the factories, a lot of snow globes of landmark motif were made. In 1920, the snow globe was exported to America and Canada, and 10 years after, it became famous in there.

3. How to Make Snow Globe

We can make snow globe at home, and we can enjoy make it easily. We prepare small doll, bond, dome, pedestal, white powder, refined water, rubbing alcohol and glycerin. First, we stick small doll on pedestal, and let it lie for three days to dry completely. Then, we apply bond to the trench of the pedestal, and cover the pedestal with the dome. Next, we put the white powder into the dome. After that, we pour refined water into the dome, and put a drop of detergent into the dome to protect corrosion. Then, we stop up the dome, and let it lie a day. Finally, we soak up the refined water inside the dome to reject, and pour the same amount of glycerin and refined water into the dome. Finish!

I wrote history of snow globe and how to make snow globe. I have not known about snow globe until I researched about it. However, after I knew it very much, I like it more. I want to collect snow globe, so please tell me if you find nice snow globe.
